A Philosopher’s Mind Trip

The Atlantic describes futurist and philosopher Jason Silva as “A Timothy Leary of the Viral Video Age.” A self-professed “wonderjunkie” Silva is the creator of “Shots of Awe,” micro-documentaries that explore creativity, innovation, futurism, technology and the human condition. In this episode, Jason dives into the ritual of experiential design, a visceral practice he uses to spark creativity during a “flow state” in order to reach a deeper awareness.

Wow what a wonderful way to start my journey into another awe-some day.
I love how Jason frames and models “Getting out of the way” and his use of Neuro-Science proving what esoteric wisdoms have known for centuries, being that our thoughts about our thoughts, our feelings about our feelings and our feelings about our thoughts are what stops us all being in each moment with awe to experience life organically unfolding!
Wonderment – such a beautiful and exhilarating way to be in the world!
